Current Situation

For many years, the client had been relying on “Hotline New Business” data from a major, well-known supplier of Business Information to power their New Business customer acquisition program.

The Problem

  • Current data is not fresh enough to reach Business Owners early enough in the business formation process

Hypothesis

Besides establishing a business banking relationship, one of the first things a New Business Owner does after registering their business is to sign on with an Internet / Telcom provider making it critical to reach them as quickly as possible after registration.

Knowing that most major “New Business” data sources lag an average of 4 to 6 weeks behind NewBusinesses.AI in getting fresh data to their clients, we believed that in most cases business Owners had already signed on with a competitor by the time our client s messaging reached them.

The Solution

Using daily feeds of our real-time premium new business owner data and our on-demand lettershop and cold email services, we begin an email and postal campaign to New Business Owners as soon as they registered their business – weeks before their prior data supplier and processes allowed.
